In the in-depth Radiant Heart Usui Reiki Level One and Two Training you will learn:

✔ A simple step-by-step process to perform a Reiki healing on yourself and others
✔ How to send healing to someone from a distance (we have a lot of fun with this one!) 🌍
✔ How to set up multiple and timed healings
✔ How to receive intuitive information (even if you think you're not)
✔ Gentle ways to work with stuck energy from childhood and past lives
✔ How to scan the body for energetic imbalances so you know where to focus your energy
Important Class Details:
📌 We will meet in-person. You'll receive the details upon registration.
🥪 Please bring a light lunch, water bottle and notebook.
☕️ I'll have tea, coffee and snacks available.
📙 You'll receive a Reiki Level 1 & 2 attunement, Reiki Level 1 & 2 manual, and a Certificate of Completion.
You'll have the opportunity to join a Reiki practice group after the class so you can keep practicing and connect with other big-hearted Reiki students. (I attract the best students!) 😍
