In our sessions together, we explore the deeper patterns and conditioning formed while you were living inside a high-control system. We look at the beliefs, emotional responses, and protective strategies that once helped you navigate that world but may now be limiting how you live and express yourself.
At the same time, we bring forward parts of you that were pushed aside, hidden, or never fully developed.
As these parts integrate back into the system, something begins to reorganize inside of you.
You begin orienting your life around your own center rather than the conditioning you came from.

About your guide
This work began as my own path of healing. I was raised inside a high-control religious system, and I know what it means to untangle who you are from who you were taught to be.
With nearly two decades of experience in healing and personal transformation, my work draws from a depth of training across the Akashic Records, Reiki, Quantum Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, PSYCH-K, Embodied Processing, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices.
Rather than following a rigid method, I work intuitively and responsively, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we move toward deeper self-trust, clarity of identity, and the freedom to live from your own inner authority.
