But first: what are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are the vibrational recordings of the cosmos. The Akashic Records are a multi-dimensional field of unconditional love and holographic in nature. They are often percieved as a Universal Library. Everything and everyone has an Akashic Record-- pets, plants, planets, and YOU.

If you're into quantum theory, the Akashic Records are the holographic recordings of what's been happening in the Akashic Field.

Your personal Akashic Records contains information about your soul from the time of its individuation from Source Energy. It includes your past lives and future potentials, though it's important to note that the Akashic Records does not predict the future since you are creating it from moment to moment with your choices, actions, beliefs and vibration.

The Akashic Records are a sacred map of your soul

Often referred to as the The Book of Life, the Akashic Records contain information about your soul's intentions for this life, including agreements/contracts with other souls, life purpose(s)-- (spoiler alert: you've got more than one!), life lessons, challenges (and most importantly, their solutions) and the dominant themes and patterns of your experiences.

The Akashic Records also contain the wisdom that your soul has been aquiring throughout thousands of lives and serves as a map of where you've been, the gifts you've mastered over lifetimes, and where you repeatedly get stuck-- also known as karma.

So what does working with your Akashic Record actually look like?

In this training you will learn how to access your Akashic Records using the Radiant Heart Akashic Records Prayer. This sacred prayer works like a vibrational key 🗝 that opens your Akashic Records. I'll teach you how to consistently and confidently open your Akashic Records using a simple step-by-step process.

Once you are connected to your Akashic Records you can channel wisdom from your Akashic Record Beings of Light and the vast information you've acquired throughout your soul's journey. This is done using a journaling process and asking questions, which anchors your explorations into the physical world.

You can also meditate in your Akashic Records, facillitate a healing or enjoy time in nature. It also brings a huge boost to all your creative projects.

My Akashic Records Journey

When I found the Akashic Records I had been out of Jehovah's Witnesses for over ten years. I was in serious need of deep healing. I was an extreme people-pleaser, I had no boundaries and my self-esteem was non-existant. I was constantly looking for approval and validation outside of myself.

(Don't even ask about some of the romantic relationships I got into!)

I knew I was a good person and that I had a good heart, but I couldn't reconcile that with being shunned by my loved ones and the shame I felt. I was looking for some kind of purpose to my life. Seriously, what was the point of all the pain and loss I had suffered?

When I discovered the Akashic Records part of me thought it was a little woo. But a much larger part of me thought it made so much sense. When I had my first session I felt like part of me was seen and safe for the first time. When I learned how to open and work in my own Akashic Records, it was like I could finally exhale from the depths of my soul. I felt peaceful and balanced. It was deeply restorative for my nervous system, my endlessly questioning mind, and my wounded spirit.

Each time I worked in my Akashic Records, asking questions like Why did I pick my parents? What was the point of growing up in a cult? How do I heal from the betrayal? I felt lighter. Clearer. Hopeful. Aligned. Ultimately I was seeking myself.... and finding myself in my own Akashic Records.

Growing up in a cult meant I had a lot to transform! The Akashic Records helped me break down the programming and belief systems that I was still stuck in, even tho I had been out for over a decade. Five years later I became an Akashic Records Certified Consultant and in 2012 I started teaching this beautiful heart-centered wisdom tool to others.

I've had the honor of being trained by the late great Dahna Fox ♥ of Akashic Records Consultants International, the first group that brought the Akashic Records to the US in the 80's. (The sacred access prayer that was taught was translated from an ancient Mayan Akashic Records prayer.) There I met Lisa Barnett and became her first teacher in the Akashic Knowing School of Wisdom. I had the priveledge of writing the forward to her first book, The Infinite Wisdom of the Akashic Records.

In 2020 I was guided by the Akashic Record Keepers to create the Radiant Heart Akashic Records Academy, with a focus on folks waking up to who we are beyond the trauma, conditioning and systems that have kept us living a fraction of our true potential. (Full transparency: I resisted and got in my way for months before I did it: I'm living proof you don't have to be perfect to do this work!)

I've had the joy of watching the Akashic Records improve not only my life but also the lives of my clients and students. Books have been written, businesses launched, soul dreams pursued, toxic patterns of shame and childhood traumas have been alchemized, and soul gifts have been activated with the Akashic Records.

Does this take up a lot of time?

I’ve tried getting into my Records before but I’ve had minimal success.

Can I use the Akashic Records in my business and to advance my career?

How is this different from psychic and intuitive work?

There are some obvious similarities when someone accesses the soul information psychically and when a sacred prayer system is used to open the Akashic Records. The information may be about past lives, contracts, karma and that sort of thing. But there are three distinguishing factors.

1) Psychic information can come from anywhere, is often delivered by spirit guides and is generally interpreted through the third eye and other intuitive senses. Akashic information comes directly from and only from the Akashic Records and is delivered through the crown and heart pathway. In the Akashic Records you are specifically working with the Akashic Records Beings of Light, who function like your spiritual soul advisers. When you are in the Akashic Records, your spirit guides get a break. :) Their job is to help you integrate the wisdom and healing you received after your Akashic Records time.

2) There is a huge emphasis on healing and uplifting energy in the Akashic Records. Over the years I have worked with many clients who had uncovered a traumatic past life in a psychic reading. Because it was addressed but not healed, they were walking around with that life activated in their energy field and feeling the unresolved emotions. When these things come up in the Akashic Records, you have the ability and power to heal it in the moment. It is so much more than a way to get information- it is a profound healing tool.

3) The Akashic Records does not tell you the future. Why? Because you are creating that future in this moment by the choices you make. There may be probable outcomes based on what you are consistently choosing for yourself, but you ALWAYS have the power to make a shift in your perspective and create something different.

The really juicy part is that when you allow yourself to be guided by your soul’s wisdom and the support of the Akashic Beings of Light, you can consciously create the future of your desire and then step into it for yourself.
