You’ve been on the outside for a while now. You’ve done lots of work, but it’s been lonely. It’s been hard. And sometimes it feels like there’s no one who truly gets it.

This is your invitation to step into a restorative space where you are not alone. Root & Rise is an intimate circle of religious trauma and cult recovery survivors committed to freeing themselves from the past, reclaiming their voices and rising into their own personal power.

The journey we’ll take together

Over 8 weeks, you’ll move through a guided experience where you will:

• Tune in to your own inner wisdom and intuition
• Learn to listen to your body and ground in your center
• Remember who you are beyond the imprinting of religious dogma and coercive energies
• Discover and begin to express your true voice
• Learn to trust yourself again and honor your truth
• Work with and integrate emotions in safe, embodied ways
• Explore simple somatic and self-healing practices that you can weave into your daily life

This is not just information on how to heal from religious trauma and cult involvement. This is a dynamic, embodied process that will help you rebuild your life from the inside.

Why group coaching?

Healing happens in relationship. In Root & Rise, you are surrounded by others who know what it is to survive loss, endure dark nights of the soul, experience coercion and have their identities shaped by perfectionism and the control of others.

Together we create a tight-knit circle where we hold space for each other in the most difficult parts of recovery from a high control group. Witnessing each other becomes part of the healing itself. 

There can be great comfort in being witnessed without judgment, by others who get it. There is healing in holding space for others just as they hold space for you. 

Your voice and your experience are not only welcome here, they are an essential part of the healing process.

✓ A private WhatsApp group for connection between sessions

✓ Practical tools, somatic practices and self-healing techniques to explore in daily life

✓ Guided group healing experiences that help release stuck energy and restore a deep inner sense of self

✓ A safe, trauma-informed space where your experience and wisdom is valued

✓ Recordings of the core teaching content will be available if you can’t attend live. Group shares and personal discussions are not recorded to honor participant privacy.
