Each floral essence blend is handcrafted and customized specifically for you based on the information you provide during the ordering process. Because every blend is made to order and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom floral essence blends.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
