A: Many students have come to me with the same concern. The secret to getting information from your Records is consistently using a process that is designed for ease of access and knowing how to work the tool. When you invest in a training led by an experienced teacher with a solid system you will have the support and resources you need to succeed. In my observation having a mentor and lots of practice in the training gives you the confidence that just reading a book or watching a video cannot. 

I get it! I am a single mom and finding time can be a challenge. But I invite you to think of this as not another thing to add to your to-do list. It’s a little like exercise - when you do it, you reap the rewards tenfold. You’re less stressed. Your skin glows. You feel ah-mazing.  Yes, you will have to block out some sacred time for the training and to explore your own Records. But it doesn’t have to be difficult or take up lots of time. In as little as 15 minutes a day you will see and feel massive shifts over a couple of weeks. Once you see firsthand how empowering this work is and how your days go so much smoother when you open your Records, you'll find yourself missing them when life does get busy and you're away for a few days.

I do want to address that sometimes it is just not the right time to take on something new. It’s important to discern between fear holding you back and using time as an excuse and legitimately being stretched to the max. Humans are wired to fear change, even of the best kind. Only you can decide what is truly in your best interests. Sometimes it is saying yes despite the niggle of fear, and sometimes it is giving yourself permission to take a hot second and clear everything off your plate. I trust that if you are meant to work with your Akashic Records, your heart will pull you to them when the time is right. 

This is awesome!  I believe we are always healing, growing and evolving, but there is definitely a place where you’ve put in the heavy work and now you get to create a whole new reality for yourself. Usually at this stage you are also serving others and/ or creating something to share with the awakening world. The Records excel at supporting you in this. The Akashic Record Keepers will always meet you exactly where you are. In truth, you are an endless infinite being and so are your Records. You will never stop discovering who you are and the support and wisdom never becomes boring or out of touch. The focus of your explorations will change with periods of your life, but the support remains constant. . 

Think of it like this: the Akashic Records function similarly to a cosmic data bank- like Google.  When you ask a question, you receive information. This is especially useful in business when you are making decisions, creating business relationships, and acquiring new skill sets.

Personally, I use the Records for creating new courses and student experiences, writing copy, identifying my ideal clients and teaching. I know a man who uses the Records to develop his work in biodynamic medicine. (!!!) Another student runs a midsize company and uses it for insight on employee and customer relationships. If you are a healer or a coach the Records can be your secret sauce- you can get to the roots of your clients issues very quickly and help them on a soul level.  The potential of the Divine Mind, aka the Akashic Records, to serve you in business is a mind boggling- its applications are limitless.

Everyone feels that way in the beginning! I have great news for you: opening your Akashic Records is a heart and crown based activity that does not require any particular clairvoyance or psychic ability. It is more about being able to connect to the Akashic field and your heart’s willingness to receive information and energy from the Akashic Beings of Light. But there is a funny benefit…. Regularly tuning into your souls frequency in the Akashic Records naturally starts to open your intuitive centers, without even trying! I love it when students report back to me the amazing intuitive events they experience when they are not in the Records. It happens quite organically because their energy field is clear and they are naturally open to more.

The Akashic Records transcend religious constructs- although all major religions have referenced them in different ways. You may have heard about The Book of Life which is a Christian term. Basically it is the concept that every detail of your life and soul is transcribed in some kind of book or record that can be opened or read. (For fun watch the kids’ movie Epic to see a wonderful representation of the Akashic Records called the Tree of Knowledge.) But to answer your question, no, opening your sacred soul records has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with you reclaiming YOU. Your soul and your divinity transcend any human belief system.

There are some obvious similarities when someone accesses the soul information psychically and when a sacred prayer system is used to open the Akashic Records. The information may be about past lives, contracts, karma and that sort of thing. But there are three distinguishing factors.

1) Psychic information can come from anywhere, is often delivered by spirit guides and is generally interpreted through the third eye and other intuitive senses. Akashic information comes directly from and only from the Akashic Records and is delivered through the crown and heart pathway.  In the Akashic Records you are specifically working with the Akashic Records Beings of Light, who function like your spiritual soul advisers. When you are in the Akashic Records, your spirit guides get a break. :) Their job is to help you integrate the wisdom and healing you received after your Akashic Records time.

2) There is a huge emphasis on healing and uplifting energy in the Akashic Records. Over the years I have worked with many clients who had uncovered a traumatic past life in a psychic reading. Because it was addressed but not healed, they were walking around with that life activated in their energy field and feeling awful. When these things come up in the Akashic Records, you have the ability and power to heal it in the moment. It is so much more than a way to get information- it is a profound healing tool.

3) The Akashic Records does not tell you the future. Why? Because you are creating that future in this moment by the choices you make. There may be probable outcomes based on what you are consistently choosing for yourself, but you ALWAYS have the power to make a shift in your perspective and create something different.
