Old souls need a self- care routine that addresses all of the nuances of your personality- your sensitivity, your spiritual connection, and the fact that you give so much of yourself to others.
While you understand how important it is to take time for meditation, movement, and personal growth, it can still be a challenge to fit it all in. I'm with you old soul friend. #2 Tools that can take you to the next level
When you first start to open up spiritually you take in a lot of high frequency energy.
It's exhilarating! Your intuitive senses open, your energy increases and you can feel the buzz of Source energy as it flows through you.
It's easy to get caught up in the metaphysical aspect of awakening.
But you must take your precious body on the journey with you.
Your beautiful body has important wisdom to bring to your experience.
In fact, you can't fully awaken without it. This sacred container is what your soul picked to express itself in.
When you forget about the body and just focus on the spirit you miss out on a big part of the experience.
You'll know you need to focus here if you often feel ungrounded, lightheaded or flakey, especially after spiritual work.
To bring balance to your awakening experience, make it your mission to find a way to connect daily with your body and anchor your soul inside of you. It can be a simple as movement or putting your hands on your heart and feeling your spirit in your toes.
An excellent way to ground is to be in nature and breathe deeply.
Old Soul, you are needed on this planet.
You have learned many life lessons that can benefit others who are awakening to their true nature.
Your willingness to continue your spiritual growth anchors higher frequencies of light and love on the earth.
Your life story is a testimony to rising into the potential you were born with.
